the review was taken from their MusicFIX blog, and all it did was show provocative pictures from within the video and claim that "As is the Italian DJ's style it's nothing but gratuitous ass 'n' titties."

that was pretty much the gist of their article, that Alex Gaudino's music videos are simply soft core porn, while filing the page with as many screen shot from the video as possible. little hypocritical inst it? Write a review of a video, then fill you review with still shots from it.....
i watched the video, its not that bad. true you are detracted from the music by what you are watching on the screen but come on, that's half the point of music video's now. make a bad song, good by putting half naked girls in it (not saying either of these songs are bad, its just what seems to happen all too often with music videos). this video is going to get played on shows like Video Hits and early morning rage because it targets an audience who are accustomed to seeing this. yes it targets more the male audience than the female but there are still a large number of adolescent boys who watch video hits in the morning. Destination Calabria was no different. 5 mins of women in tight "sexy" clothing, dancing to the song, but because this is the second time Alex has made a provocatively sexy video, he must be making soft core porn.....NO..not at all...take Britney...shes a pop idol...someone that young girls look up to....yet in all her videos she is scantily clad n half the time, poll dancing. is that labeled at soft core porn? no. it all depends on how the viewer views the video. if they sit down and look at Destination Calabria, in particular the part where she is polishing her sax, and says to them selves "that is a direct reference to her stroking a penis", then of cause its going to be viewed as soft core porn. its not however, its simply a provocatively sexy video, catching the attention of the viewer and enticing them to watch on. harmless perving for the young male audience.
i love the closing line of the review; "The dude is totally gangster. I think he blew a loaded gun in the head of feminism about three years ago, and buried her in a vineyard somewhere in Naples."
haha very fun.....so...whats their answer to Britney shaking her saggy old' ass on a poll? is that any better?
